By interacting with Blue Dot Education, including making a donation or purchasing merchandise or educational products through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Use of Donations and Proceeds

Donations made to Blue Dot Education support our nonprofit programming, including but not limited to outdoor education experiences, meals, transportation, equipment, facilitation, and program development. Sales of merchandise and educational products may be conducted through either our nonprofit organization or our affiliated LLC. A portion of proceeds from LLC activities may be donated to support nonprofit initiatives.

Tax Deductibility

Blue Dot Education is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made directly to the nonprofit are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Purchases of merchandise or educational products are not considered tax-deductible donations. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.

Refund and Return Policy

• Donations: All donations are final and non-refundable.

• Merchandise and Educational Products: Because many of our items are made to order or customized, all merchandise and educational product sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bluedoteducation.org, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Squarespace’s built-in payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, or Square, depending on your transaction method). By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment providers.

Fulfillment and Shipping

Merchandise and educational products are currently fulfilled directly by Blue Dot Education’s team. In the future, we may partner with a print-on-demand provider such as Printful to manage fulfillment. Any updates to fulfillment practices will be reflected in these Terms.

Liability Disclaimer

Blue Dot Education and its affiliated LLC are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, or external fulfillment providers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
